Senior Packaging Engineer

**DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a talented **Senior** **Packaging Engineer** to join our European team specializing in **Logistics** for our **Corporate Segment** in **Daventry,** **United Kingdom.**

**This is a permanent position working hybrid 3 days onsite, working hours: -**

+ **8.00am to 4.00pm or 9.00am to 5.00pm**

**The role will also require 10% Domestic and 10% International travel as required**

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Drive effective packaging and container system designs by applying advanced engineering expertise across the full product lifecycle.
+ Partner cross‑functionally and with customers and suppliers to define clear, compliant requirements for expendable and returnable packaging solutions.
+ Identify and implement improvements that enhance packaging quality, reduce total cost, and minimize waste in alignment with business and sustainability goals.
