We are looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented
Paid Search Specialist
to own our Google Ads execution across our global markets. You will be responsible for capturing intent at scale, ensuring our Search, Shopping, and PMAX campaigns are not just running, but are technically superior to our competitors.

You are someone who looks under the hood. You don't just accept Google's auto-recommendations; you use scripts, data warehouse insights, and technical audits to find the edge that others miss.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Google Management:
  Build, manage, and scale high-performance Search, Shopping, and Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns.
• Global Localization:
  Lead deep, country-specific keyword research and ad copy adaptation. You ensure that our presence in Germany or Sweden feels local, not just translated.
