Senior Paralegal

We’re partnering with a client in the residential construction industry seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their Edmonton team. In this key role, you’ll support the legal operations of a leading residential developer, providing expertise in real estate transactions, contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation. Working closely with internal teams, senior leadership, and external counsel, you’ll help ensure legal processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Do:

Provide legal guidance on contracts, real estate transactions, and compliance matters.

Maintain builder licensing, registrations, and warranty compliance.
