Senior Paralegal

**Description**

Leidos is seeking a **Senior Paralegal** to work on-site in support of the US Attorney's Office in Knoxville, TN.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Seeks and locates information to support ACE investigations and litigation through communications with law enforcement, government officials, witnesses, and counsel.
+ Independently (or with limited guidance) collects, reviews and organizes incoming material for reference and use in preparing a variety of legal documents, e.g., complaints, motions, orders, answers, pleadings, and subpoenas.
+ Reviews, annotates and summarizes transcripts, reports, files and other evidence.
+ Assists attorneys in all phases of pre-litigation investigation, including witness interviews and complex research (e.g., analyzing relevant claims data).
