Senior Paraplanner

Job Purpose

The role will be working as part of a productive, high performing team to provide full support to the consultants. The role will need to offer the most efficient, professional and effective client service possible with a high focus on quality and accuracy. As part of the role, we would be looking for the colleague to act as a mentor to less experienced Paraplanners within the team to help with their development.

We would also be open to this role providing the platform to move into a Consultant role in the future through a structured programme to make this transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce clear, high quality technical suitability reports in a timely manner.
• Develop a good understanding of the client’s needs and requirements from review of the file and identify the key client objectives prior to commencing writing a report or letter.
