Promotes the Credit Union’s value proposition to large, complex Select Employer Groups (SEGs) and partner organizations through mature relationship management and high-impact execution. Maximizes results from established portfolios of larger companies and complex organizations while continuing acquisition of large companies. The person in this role manages multi-layer relationships, including executive-level engagement, and partners with Credit Union leaders to cultivate strategic relationships and drive sustained outcomes.
• Manages an established portfolio primarily consisting of larger companies of ~5,000+ employees and complex organizational environments.
• Accountable for the highest portfolio impact expectations, including 1,000+ new memberships annually and +$8 million in deposit growth driven by sustained penetration and engagement within large partner populations.
