The property features a fine dining restaurant serving a la carte plated desserts, cakes and pastries, as well as ice creams to guests visiting for corporate events, weddings or simply enjoying a luxurious afternoon tea.

As a Senior Pastry Chef, you will manage the pastry section, working independently while receiving support from the wider kitchen team during peak service periods.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef within a luxury hotel or similar high-end establishment

* Ability to work independently, prioritising daily tasks

* Passion for fresh and seasonal produce

* Strong attention to detail
