As the clinical research division of Thermo Fisher Scientific, PPD has launched Patient First, a group dedicated to enhancing the patient experience from the first click to the final visit. Using human-centered, digitally enabled solutions, Patient First optimizes patient recruitment and engagement, site operations, and quality data collection.

PPD is seeking a **Senior Patient Recruitment and Engagement Lead** (PREL) to join our Site Recruitment Optimization team. This team is made up of functional leads dedicated to recruitment on clinical studies, owning the entire process and overseeing implementation and effectiveness of the global recruitment strategy.
