Senior Patient Service Associate

Responsibilities: To coordinate the daily operations of the clinic (front counter services, administrative, and operational matters) Assist the Business Unit / Operations Manager in the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for all operational areas of the clinic. Oversee and supervise the training and development of clinic staff members Plan and coordinate the daily work assignments and operations Manage a group of patient service associates and conduct appraisals for these staff Coordinate the daily administrative matters including of reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables. Working in partnership with clinic staff members to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and services.
