Senior Payments

We are looking for a battle-tested lawyer who specializes in releasing frozen, held, or terminated merchant funds from payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Amazon Pay, Shopify Payments, Wise, Payoneer, Square, etc.
You will act as the final escalation authority for high-value client cases—using legal pressure, compliance expertise, demand letters, regulatory escalation, and negotiation to force releases of client funds.
This is not a theoretical role.
This is a results-driven, recovery-focused position.
Core ResponsibilitiesFunds Release & Escalation
Handle frozen / withheld / terminated merchant fund cases
Draft and issue legal demand letters to payment processors
Lead processor negotiations to force fund release
Manage regulatory complaints (e.g. FinCEN, FCA, EU regulators)
Escalate unresolved cases toward pre-litigation or arbitration
Legal & Compliance Strategy
