Introduction
Group of companies situated in Alberton requires a skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to manage full payroll and some accounting functions. The role includes processing payrolls, managing Sage Accounting and Sage Payroll and ensuring NBCRFI compliance
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and process weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time
Peocessing weekly payroll from raw timesheets
Ensure all payroll inputs, deductions and adjustments are correctly captured
Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations and salary changes
Perform reconciliations of payroll and accounting records to ensuring accuracy
Ensure compliance with the NBCRFI and other statutory requirements including submission of D-forms and SALT fund management
Assist with time management and workforce planning
