Senior Payroll Administrator

The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of assigned Canadian pay groups, including full‑cycle payroll settlement, complex tax administration, statutory filings, and year‑end processing. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert on Workday payroll, ADP, and Canadian payroll compliance, and provides mentorship and guidance to Payroll Administrators on the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned pay groups end‑to‑end, including pre‑payroll preparation, pay settlement, and post‑payroll reconciliation; run Final Pay Calculations, execute Regular Pay Settlement, and issue the Payroll Estimate Report to Treasury prior to settlement.
• Run Pre and Post Payroll Audit Reports for the team; review results, lead the review process, and communicate completion status within established deadlines each pay cycle.
