Senior Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Payroll professional to manage a predominantly manual payroll environment for a large employee base. While automation initiatives are planned for later this year, the current payroll process remains highly manual and requires strong technical capability, financial acumen, and hands-on execution.

This role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing within a dynamic BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end manual payroll processing for approximately 1000+ employees.
• Execute payroll accurately within strict timelines, especially during payroll and pay query periods.
• Perform detailed payroll checks including data validation, duplicate identification, reconciliation, and compliance verification.
• Handle high-volume data management using advanced Excel functions.
