Senior Payroll & Compliance Lead (Multi-State)

Boldrimpact is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to handle payroll and compliance for a distributed workforce of 600–1,000 employees across the U.S. You will manage the bi-weekly payroll cycle in Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with various reports.

A successful candidate will have 3–5 years of payroll experience, particularly in handling multiple states and nonexempt employees. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
