Senior Payroll Executive

About the role

Join QL Kitchen Sdn Bhd as a Senior Payroll Executive in our Shah Alam, Selangor location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits to our valued employees.

What you'll be doing

Payroll Management

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for local and foreign employees, including monthly, ad-hoc, and off-cycle payments.
• Timely statutory payment and registration (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRDF) not later than the due date.
• Reconcile payroll reports with Finance and support payroll audits.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll data at all times.

Compensation and Benefits Administration

• Administer employee benefits including insurance, medical, leave, in-house clinic and other employee welfares.
