Senior Payroll Manager (MNC, Immediate Vacancy)

Our client is a well-established MNC with strong Asia Pacific presence. With payroll operations across multiple APAC markets, they are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead their regional payroll function.
You will take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations across the APAC region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory and tax requirements. You will manage and develop the regional payroll team, oversee outsourced payroll vendors, and act as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, and external authorities.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you will drive payroll accounting and controls while maintaining audit readiness across internal and external reviews. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives, standardise documentation and SOPs, and support payroll system enhancements including Workday integration and automation projects.
