The Senior Payroll & People Operations Specialist is central to scaling our payroll, benefits, and people operations as we continue to grow in the US and Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations and working closely with Finance, this role ensures seamless payroll execution, compliance, and benefits administration while optimizing HR systems and processes. This role will play a crucial role in researching, selecting, and implementing a new payroll system, ensuring seamless integration and data flow with our HRIS, and driving process improvements to create efficiencies across the team.
