Role Overview

The Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely payroll execution, benefits administration, statutory contribution accuracy and DOLE payroll compliance for employees under EOR model. This role also handles employee payroll queries and ensures documentation is audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Payroll Execution

• Prepare, validate and submit payroll per cycle in Sprout based on approved inputs.
• Ensure statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) are computed and processed correctly.
• Administer leave calculations, HMO benefits, and mandatory/voluntary deductions.

Employee Pay Query Resolution

• Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and within SLA.
• Work with HR Admin to validate supporting documentation (OT, leave, NTEs, etc).
• Provide final pay and 13th month calculations consistent with DOLE statute.
