Job Description
A Day in the Life of a Senior Payroll Analyst:
Responsible for the entire internal payroll process (entries, checks, and payments);
Review of charges(INSS, FGTS, IRRF) until payment;
Review and control of the delivery of ancillary obligations (DET, DIRBI, CPRB, CRF, Sistemas S, etc.);
Mastery and compliance with e-Social obligations (checks, quality, and deadlines);
Monitoring of employee attendance and frequency (different work regimes, overtime, quality, and deadlines);
