The role involves supporting payroll system migration projects, with a strong emphasis on testing, data validation, and process accuracy. The person works cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure a smooth transition to new payroll systems. Key Responsibilities
Assist in payroll system implementation and migration activities
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document results
Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy
Support data preparation, cleansing, and uploads
Track, report, and follow up on testing issues
Assist with parallel payroll runs and post-migration checks
Maintain project documentation and provide administrative support
