Senior payroll specialist

Role Objective
To manage and oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of employee salaries and benefits. The role also involves handling full & final settlements, statutory compliance, and employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management:
Handle end‑to‑end payroll processing.
Ensure accuracy in salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements.
Maintain payroll records and generate monthly reports.
Full & Final Settlement (F&F):
Process exit settlements including pending salaries, leave encashment, gratuity, and other dues.
Coordinate with HR and Finance for smooth clearance.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure timely filing and compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and Income Tax.
Liaise with auditors and government authorities for statutory audits.
Stay updated on changes in labor laws.
