We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Processor to manage end-to-end client payroll operations in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. The ideal candidate should have strong payroll processing expertise, statutory compliance knowledge, and excellent Excel skills to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients within defined SLA timelines.
• Handle payroll change management including increments, variable pay, LOP, reimbursements, deductions, and recoveries.
• Process salary arrears arising from backdated salary revisions accurately.
• Perform payroll validations and ensure accuracy of payroll inputs and outputs.
• Calculate Income Tax (TDS) for employees, including investment declarations and tax adjustments.
