Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead high-touch, client-facing payroll implementations from discovery through go-live. This role requires deep payroll expertise, sophisticated communication skills, and the ability to guide stakeholders through complex system transitions with professionalism and clarity.

The Specialist will operate as a trusted advisor, bringing structure to ambiguous environments while supporting ongoing payroll operations and standardizing scalable processes.

Schedule

Working Hours (EST):

• Monday – Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
