Job Description

For KWS Berlin GmbH, we are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for our Berlin office in order to support our business units in Germany. If you are interested in working independently and service-oriented, and if you have already demonstrated that you are self-motivated, a team player, and flexible, we look forward to getting to know you soon.

This job is full-time and unlimited.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for preparing and processing on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls incl. data maintenance in SAP-HCM

  • Prepares and controls figures regarding mass salary increases, individual increases, benefit changes, absences, leaves, and other relevant data

  • Manages confidential information and provides tax and social insurance data to government authorities

  • Creates, generates and distributes reports and dashboards (regular and ad-hoc)
