Senior Payroll Specialist – Onsite Abu Dhabi, Compliance & Costing

Terracotta Outsourcing in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to lead payroll operations and drive compliance excellence. You will manage complex payroll structures and work closely with Finance and Legal teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of UAE payroll experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of UAE Labour Law are essential for this role. This position is on-site and full-time, promising significant responsibility and impact.
