Senior P&C Business Partner

The Opportunity: 

An exciting opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join the team at Newcastle Anglican. You will be responsible for providing specialist advice and support to leaders within the assigned department regarding key people management processes and policies to uplift people and culture and employee relations. You will also provide specialised expertise and advise on specific people and culture strategies and issues.

This is a Full Time 6 month max-term contract.
