• As a Senior Pega Developer joining our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development and optimization of complex Pega applications. Building upon your extensive experience, you will lead the implementation of sophisticated workflows, ensuring the scalability, performance and adherence to best practices.
• You will be a member of the Pega Manila Center of Excellence (CoE), which caters to various business domains such as Wholesale Banking, Retail, and many more. The Pega CoE provides high-quality, scalable Pega solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across these diverse business areas.
• In this role, you will work in a squad alongside your Product Owner (PO), Squad Lead and Junior Developer/s, contributing to strategic decision-making processes, and mentoring junior developers.
