Idex is currently seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join one of the UK's award-winning independent trustee firms. This role offers a great opportunity to develop existing skills, expand your knowledge, and gain valuable experience. You will support and consult for the Trusteeship team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring all pension scheme transactions are completed to high standards and within service levels.
2. Serving as a key contact for pension members and clients, answering queries via phone and written communication, and attending Trustee meetings.
3. Providing clear and accurate information to members and beneficiaries.
4. Carrying out various exercises such as winding up schemes, calculating pension benefits, and forensic research for schemes, all while delivering excellent service.
