Senior People Advisor

At Collins Foods, our people are central to who we are, and we’re seeking a confident, capable Senior People Advisor to support our teams, guide our leaders, and uphold exceptional people practices across the business.

In this senior role, you’ll partner with leaders to provide practical, expert advice while driving high‑quality case management and ensuring consistent, fair outcomes. You’ll support the entire employee lifecycle, identify opportunities to improve people processes, and play a key role in developing capability within the broader People & Culture team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing timely, accurate and practical advice to leaders on a broad range of people matters, including performance, conduct, leave and policy interpretation.
• Managing end‑to‑end casework on complex people issues including investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances and performance concerns.
