Job Description


  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives;

  • Acting as the primary P&C contact for the leadership teams in Türkiye and UAE;

  • Driving organizational design and workforce planning initiatives in line business strategies;

  • Ensuring adherence to local labour laws and internal policies;

  • Managing complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance handling;

  • Partnering with works councils or employee representatives where applicable;

  • Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies;

  • Facilitating performance management and succession planning;

  • Identifying and coordinating local training and development programs;

  • Leading change initiatives;

  • Collaborating with Shared Services to deliver seamless P&C services;

  • Monitoring key HR metrics and ensure compliance with HR systems;
