About the role

Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, the role will bring People expertise and the ability to influence and manage key stakeholders. The key focus will be to advise and guide on workforce planning to maximise organisational effectiveness while mitigating any risk through adherence with employment law, labour regulations and compliance requirements across the jurisdictions we operate in. This role will also support and advise stakeholders on all areas of employee relations, change, OD&D, performance and developing People policies and procedures. An excellent coach, this individual will guide Leaders across the organisation, to ensure all colleagues are supported in their personal development, productivity in role and wellbeing.
