We are seeking an experienced Senior People Change Lead to drive the people, adoption, and business readiness aspects of a Salesforce transformation programme within a complex banking environment. The successful candidate will have strong change management expertise, practical Salesforce experience, and a proven track record of delivering CRM‑related change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute change management strategies for Salesforce implementations. Drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness activities.
