Senior People Consultant

Overview

We are recruiting a Senior People Consultant to provide focused, professional HR support across the Trust, delivering Mental Health and Community Healthcare services across Northamptonshire. We are recruiting for one permanent role (22.5 hours per week) and one fixed‑term role (37.5 hours per week) until 30 September 2027.

This role will provide opportunities to independently manage change and service transformation by delivering a customer‑focused HR service and handling complex employee relations cases. As a Senior People Consultant you will deliver timely, professional advice and expertise to enhance and develop the workforce, as our people are at the core of delivering outstanding, compassionate care.
