The Senior People Partner – GTM and Finance is a strategic HR partner to Avalara’s global Go-to-Market and Finance teams. This role drives engagement, talent development, and culture programs that support scalable growth and operational excellence. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the role influences outcomes through data, coaching, and people strategies. It blends long-term thinking with hands-on execution.
