 Senior People Manager / HRBP (Temporary) 
 São Paulo | ⏳ 6–9 months | Potential for permanent hire  
 Korn Ferry is supporting a multinational company in the consumer sector in the search for a senior HR leader to support the business during a critical transformation phase.  
 Key Challenges   
 Elevate the People agenda from a transactional model to a strategic, business-driven function  
 Act as a trusted HR partner to commercial leadership in a fast-paced environment  
 Support organizational design, leadership effectiveness and cultural transformation  
 Ensure continuity and strong execution during a transition period  
 Required Experience   
 Senior-level experience as HR Business Partner or People Manager in commercial environments  
 Strong knowledge of the Brazilian labor market and employment legislation
