Reporting to the People Matters Leader, Pacific , the Senior People Matters Consultant is responsible for providing expert guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance, while partnering with leaders to deliver positive people outcomes.
This role is open to both Full-Time and Part-Time candidates.


What the day will look like
+ Advise managers and colleagues on HR policies, employment practices, and compliance requirements.
