Team Description
You’ll join our People Operations team, the backbone of SumUp’s employee experience across the full lifecycle. This team plays a critical role in ensuring that our people processes are accurate, compliant and scalable. You’ll work closely with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tech, and People Partners, supporting both day-to-day operations and continuous improvement initiatives as SumUp continues to grow in Brazil and globally.
What You’ll Do
Manage People Operations processes, including payroll support, vacations, leaves, and employee offboarding.
Own the termination and vacation workflows, ensuring accurate calculations, documentation, system updates, and timely payments.
Act as a key point of contact for CLT-related questions, internal policies, and operational guidance.
