THE ROLE

This is a senior People Partner role supporting a significant portfolio within a complex operating environment. You will partner closely with experienced, demanding senior leaders and focus on leadership capability uplift, strategic workforce planning and supporting major organisational change. The role balances true strategic partnering with hands-on support when required and requires a strong on-site presence to build credibility and trust.
