Senior Performance Marketing Manager

As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager you are a central function within Group Marketing.

You will work with all SMG Swiss Marketplace Group business units and join a team of highly driven digital and performance marketing experts. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimisation of Search Engine Advertising (SEA) activities across multiple SMG brands, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth.
• Own the Google Ads best practices and expertise while contributing to and supporting other performance marketing channels, such as Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display, when required
• Act as a strategic consultant to Business Units, advising on performance marketing best practices tailored to their specific business models, including conversion strategy, campaign structure, actionable recommend...
