Senior Performance Media Buyer – AI & Systems-Driven

Overview

This role is for a serious performance operator — someone who understands profitability, scaling strategy, AI automation, and structured campaign systems. TikTok is one channel, but this role covers multi-platform buying, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid media platforms. We are looking for someone who can consistently drive $20–$30+ net profit margins per product/campaign and scale responsibly under open budgets.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage campaigns across multiple paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, and others)
• Develop structured testing frameworks
• Monitor and optimize KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, AOV)
• Scale profitable campaigns strategically
• Identify and eliminate underperforming ad sets quickly
