Senior Performance Test Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in end‑to‑end performance testing to join a high‑impact delivery team. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute performance test strategy, estimation, execution, and reporting
Perform load, stress, and endurance testing across complex applications
Analyze application architecture & deployment topology
Identify performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations
Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and metrics reporting
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders in Agile/SDLC environments
Required Skills
7–10 years of experience in Performance Testing
Strong hands‑on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter
Experience with protocols: Web, Web Services, Ajax, TruClient, RTE, Winsock
Monitoring & analysis using tools like Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, BMC Truesight
Good scripting knowledge
