Core Responsibilities Clinical Expertise: Assess, diagnose, and treat complex cases requiring specialized knowledge and independent judgment. Do the referrals based on diagnose for further treatment. Supervision & Mentorship: Provide Community rehab centers supervision, training, and guidance to junior therapists and assistants. Operational Management: Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, staff rotas, and coordinating multidisciplinary care plans related to Health and Rehab. Quality Improvement: Implement evidence-based practices, audit performance, and develop service improvements. Communication: Act as a key liaison between staff, management, and Client.
