Develop detail EPCI schedule as per industry best practices.

· EPCI Schedule

Manhour calculation and resource loading of schedule.

· Manhour Estimate

Prepare Planning, Progress Monitoring and Reporting Procedure

· Planning Package Procedure

Provide Planned Deliverable Dates to the Engineering Master Deliverable List

· Planned Dates in the MDL

Provide Required on Site Dates to Procurement Plan.

· ROS Dates in Procurement Plan

Create EPCI Progress Tracking/ Reporting System

· Progress measurement Sheets
