Job Description

Zuständigkeiten
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 
Create resource-loaded schedules for all construction disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, I&C) 
Coordinate with procurement team to align material deliveries with construction sequence 
Monitor construction progress and update schedules to reflect actual field conditions 
Identify schedule conflicts and critical path activities requiring management attention 
Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates for project management review 
Analyze schedule variances and develop recovery plans when necessary 
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure alignment with master schedule requirements 
Support construction management team with detailed look-ahead schedules 
Participate in coordination meetings to address schedule challenges
