Senior Planner - Land Use Planning & Approvals

Overview

Amico Properties is seeking a Senior Planner to lead complex land use planning and approvals across a growing portfolio of large-scale residential developments throughout Ontario. This role sits at the center of the development lifecycle — influencing how projects are conceived, positioned, and ultimately approved. Working alongside development leadership, this individual will manage approvals and contribute to strategic thinking around land use, density, built form, and municipal positioning, ensuring each project is optimized both from a planning and market perspective. This is a critical role within a highly active development platform backed by one of the region’s most capable construction organizations.
