About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Planner / Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee order planning and supply chain operations, driving efficiency and contributing to the continued success and growth of Bossard.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive order management strategies to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
2. Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics to optimize material flows and minimize disruptions.
3. Liaise with cross-functional teams to align order, distribution and sales activities
4. Analyse data and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
5. Lead and mentor a team of planners and sales coordinators
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and industry regulations
