• Track project progress against financial and planning targets.
• Prepare, update, and monitor procurement schedules in coordination with construction timelines and cash flow.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material issuance.
• Review BOQs, rate analyses, and contractual quantities for accuracy and compliance.
• Support contract administration, including claims and Extension of Time (EOT) evaluations from planning and financial perspectives.
