Senior Planning Engineer

I. PRIMARY PURPOSE

• To mainly support the Planning Team with Planning-related work.
• Assists Planning Department in Programme Development, Progress Monitoring and Updating.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists Planning Team in coordinating all other sections (Civil, Archi & MEP).
• Develop a Baseline Programme as per specs and other related requirements.
• Monitor and Update Programme weekly/monthly for submission.
• Attend Weekly / Monthly Coordination Meeting.
• Communicate with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
• Analyze technical drawings and provide quantity take-off if needed.
• Perform other duties from time to time as assigned/delegated by the superiors.

III. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND KEY SKILLS

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Drafting and Design using CAD software.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
