Senior Planning Manager

Role Purpose

Lead and partner with the business to deliver a robust, unbiased demand forecast, ensuring a single aligned plan drives decision‑making and future direction. Own and lead the end‑to‑end Demand & Supply Planning process to ensure optimal product availability while balancing service level, cost, and working capital.

Key Accountabilities

• Partner with the Supply Chain Director to develop Demand & Supply Planning strategies aligned with country and ASEAN Supply Chain priorities.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration (SCM, Marketing, Sales) to develop data‑driven operational forecasts and annual business plans.
• Facilitate S&OP processes (Forecast Calibration, Consensus Meetings) to align stakeholders and drive coordinated actions.
• Challenge promotion and NPD forecasts, including cannibalization impact on base products.
• Improve forecast accuracy through root cause analysis and corrective action plans. <...
