Job Description
Senior Plant Manager – Stevanato Group Base pay: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr. Compensation will be based on skills and experience.
The Senior Plant Manager is responsible for achieving short‑to‑mid strategic objectives while managing the P&L for production, maintenance, customer service, and supply chain. Directly reporting to the General Manager, the role maximizes process effectiveness, readiness, synergies and standardization; ensures high‑level efficiency; minimizes costs; and acts in line with applicable standards, regulations, global manufacturing practices, and corporate & local procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the functions assigned, set goals in terms of costs, time, quality, and manage resources, systems, and processes, working with enabler functions to deliver results in line with requirements, standards, targets, regulatory and procedural obligations.
Define and monitor the production plan execution in terms of time, volumes, mix...
